Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. Small imperfections of sealed product does not warrant a return, we follow the same strict return guidelines as the Pokémon Center. All of our sealed products come straight from distribution, and are pulled right from their factory cases. 

If merchandise arrives crushed and unusable, please contact us via our Contact Form for assistance so that we may file a claim with USPS and move forward on a return.

Cancellations can be requested prior to a shipment but are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
